TEEKO LIVE THIS SATURDAY!!! [SJ]

This Saturday the Live @ The Pagoda concert series continues with After Hours. Jazz musicians have traditionally used “after hours” gigs to push the boundaries of the art form. This year’s collaboration between the Summer Fest and Universal Grammar presents an eclectic mix of Jazz, Soul, Funk, Hip Hop, Electronic and Latin grooves at The Fairmont’s Pagoda Restaurant from late evening until the wee hours.

Teeko (4OneFunk/F.A.M.E.) will be in the house this Saturday rocking live for us all!

From the earliest Stones Throw releases Peanut Butter Wolf was putting out, to Subcontents, to the F*cking Mutants & so on, Dave “The Baron” Dub has made more than a name for himself. He has built a legacy. Super triple O.G.’s in the game know what’s up & so should you if you do not. He recently recorded a track with Geoff Barrow (yes… the man behind Portishead) & as of yesterday, just dropped an album on M9 Entertainment, which is Myka 9‘s label. The Baron has always been known as the San Jose veteran MC with the ill rhymes & overall takeover presence but what most don’t know is his love for punk. Yes. Punk. December 4th, 2009, San Jose once again will be host to The Changing Same Music and Arts Series at the Agenda Lounge This will be The Changing Same’s 2 year anniversary, which was launched in 2007 at San Francisco’s club Mighty. Co-founded by Ungrammar, The Changing Same’s headlining artists that night for the launch were Prince prodigies J DaVeY along with Platinum Pied Pipers. Since then, Ungrammar has stayed the course with the mission of what The Changing Same is all about – presenting emerging artists that are at the forefront in the future realm of Soul, Electronica, Latin and post Hip Hop sounds – or can we say new sh!t!
