What’s good Blind I faithful?! This past month has been dope experience after dope experience for me, and it’s totally reflected in the way this month’s Blind I Says GO! came out. We’ve dealt with some major losses, made some major gains, but the beauty in it all is that the music sticks around long after we’re gone. I decided to go all out and do a double-disc of new shit, new artists, old gems & unreleased material, all working perfectly to create something dope to ride to and bound to surprise you. DJ EKO – ELECTRO YUM TURBO!

Blind I faithful & good friend DJ EKO or “ekogirl” has blessed us all with a new mix perfect for the weather that is warming up too damn soon (is it just me or does it feel like summer is already here?)! For those unaware, DJ Eko is a staple in our culture. She has had a successful show on KZSC Santa Cruz for over 12 years (in that time, became the stations Hip Hop Director), wrote reviews for Urb Magazine, worked with record label, Nu Gruv Alliance (working with Peanut Butter Wolf, StonesThrow, Quannum, Aceyalone, Abstract Rude, J5 & Zion I) & even had a show on KCSB while she was transplanted in L.A. for a quick minute. Today you can still tune in to KZSC when u are in the bay to peep her wonderful show or catch her rockin the 1′s & 2′s LIVE @ all the various hot spots!

So back to this mix! In her own words, Electro Yum Turbo! is:
