PETER HADAR & INDIE MOVIE: AMUSEMENT PARK 2

Not only is Peter Hadar a dear friend to Blind I, but he’s also an incredible performer! He and his band Indie Movie will be performing at Dominion in New York City Thursday  October 11. The event, Amusement Park 2 will include Rich P, Vinnie Cash, Chuck Bars, Afaliah, Khayatollah and DJ Sharri. It will definitely be an evening of eclectic sounds and plus it’s only $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Tickets can be purchased here. Blind I will be in the building. See you there!

We’re restructuring the site a bit and we plan to roll out some exciting new features in the near future. It’s getting chilly out and rather than spending time outside partying, more of us are bundling up with significant others. I equate fall with romance. Always have and always will. PETER HADAR VS MATHEMATICS: 2 SECONDS FROM BEING COMMITTED

Blind I has consistenly supported singer/songwriter Peter Hadar through the years. Watching his sound shift and evolve has shown us the range and diversity of his talent. He and  drum & bass duo Mathematics just released a collaborative effort, 2 Seconds From Being Committed. It contains music they’ve been working on since they first got together in 2003. I’ve always been a fan of Hadar x Mathematics tracks, particularly their first single, “Glow” so having a full project that highlights them both uniquely is dope. MATHEMATICS VS. PETER HADAR-GLOW

Blind I staff first heard this track when Peter Hadar performed it at our Onyx CMJ show. Of the many songs he rocked, the crowd was definitely feeling this one and hitting the dance floor. Hadar teamed up with New York produced Mathematics for “Glow.” They’ve worked together before, and their styles complement each other. Once you give it a spin, you’ll understand why. Enjoy.
