Our good friends Roger Jao & DJ Solo have done it again. Like the last one, Jiterrbug Driveby, Roger Jao brings his eclectic external, this time with the focus being that of the 80′s big hair metal bands. With the success of games such as Guitar Hero & Rock Band, that old school Rock n Roll has been restored into the ears of the youth. DJ Solo of Soul Assassins fame, takes Roger’s ideas & makes them a reality with his DJ freshness, thus creating a nice hybrid between guitar riffs & break beats. The only catch is, there ARE NO BREAK BEATS! What sounds like hip hop, isnt. It’s the skillz of DJ Solo flippin the fuck outta  80′s metal, earlier cats who influenced the 80′s metal sound & elements FROM those songs. This is mos def on some other schitt! With clever execution, DJ Solo & Roger Jao are reinventing the mixtape game by bringing the most random of genres/playlists & creating something entirely new & fresh.
