Illroots‘ Mike Carson commanded directorial duties and Mike Waxx got behind the camera for this new joint from Sir Michael Rocks of The Cool Kids entitled “Foreign Features“, produced by Tye Hill from The Productionix. The joint itself is superb, and Mikey rocks over it with ease. Carson does his thing from a directorial angle too, quite simple yet very effective. Kudos, sirs.

Okay, say what you will about the guy, like how he’s a flake at his shows (he has been notorious in 2007 for sending fake MF Dooms to play his shows). I personally still have faith in the dude. A massively talented emcee and producer his weirdness is just a part of his greater legacy. So what a better way in celebrating this masked villain’s notorious persona than a DOOM THEMED MIXTAPE!

So Mike Waxx in collaboration with Ill Roots created a very eclectic sound scape for your ears to feast on. You will hear remixes, different blends, and unheard drops. Very entertaining to say the least my fellow believers.
