VIDEO: KOOLEY HIGH – SOMETHIN’ OUTTA NOTHIN’ FEAT. MEDIAN

Since its release, Eastern Standard Time has been charming listeners with its soulful mixture of hip-hop and jazz, and with the debut video, “Somethin’ Outta Nothin’,” a recent single from the album that features fellow North Carolina rapper Median. Kooley High adorns these sounds with introspective imagery to compliment the smooth cut, while the video, directed by Frank Sun,utilizes understated yet effective special effects to compliment the laid back beat from Foolery and vocals from Tab-One, Charlie Smarts, and Median.

THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE REVEALS NEW COVER AND TRACKLISTING

Yeah, I’m totally geekin’ off this news. Since we are diehard Foreign Exchange fans here at the Blind-I offices, this is BIG news. The subtlety of the cover suggest things are going to be all right after the band told us to “leave it all behind…”. Autumn brings newness and clarity, and anything Phonte and Nicolay has for us will be taken up with open arms.
