Alright here is another #latepass guys! Tyler, The Creator put this summertime mix together and tweeted about it. I already knew it would be filled with N.E.R.D., since he’s a self-proclaimed stan, and I was right. But there’s also hella other goodness  (see: Toro y Moi, Grizzly Bear, James Pants, Stevie Wonder) on here that definitely sounds and feels like summertime. MAIYA PRESENTS…RENDEZVOUS VOL. 10

We’re back with the tenth edition of Rendezvous. I feel like these will go up to Vol. 50 if you’re down for the ride. Last month’s RDV9 got tons of feedback and since these are my favorite mixes to do, I wanted to keep the groove going. I saw this photo on a Tumblr and for some reason it resonated with me. Photos, like art, can be interpreted in so many ways. There is a man rubbing a woman’s face and it looks like he is either coming or going, and she’s either sad or satisfied. The music in this compilation is sexy, but it has a moody element to it that reflects a sense of longing.
