SONNYMOON SIGNS WITH PLUG RESEARCH

Congratulations to our good friends Dane & Anna, better known as Sonnymoon, for  signing to one of todays leading labels in future sound; Plug Research! Plug Research is home to artists such as Bilal, Exile, Flying Lotus, Om’Mas Keith & Shafiq Husayn of Sa-Ra Creative Partners & Quadron just to name a few. Since late 2009, it has been a roller coaster ride  for them as they have made a noise louder than bombs with their free debut album they asked us to drop on Christmas, to performing @ SXSW, to getting remixed by Melo-X, to J*Davey twitting their appreciation for witnessing the “whiter & trippier version” of them, to now signing with a label that pushes the envelope on creativity and delivers each artists vision with quality. We here @ Blind I are proud of our folks! Congrats & Jedi Respecognition & LET’S GOOOOOO!!!

MOS, ERYKAH & JAY LIVE TONIGHT!

Your fellow Blind I Jedi’s (Meezy & No) will be in the house like an appliance to peep the Ecstatic Tour science! If you live in the Bay & didn’t have a chance to catch last nights show in SF , then your last chance is TONIGHT @ The Paramount Theatre in Oakland. A few homies of ours went last night & said it was PHENOMENAL! So we’re mos def lookin fwd to it.  So goooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooh…. myyy peoplllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeee!!

SoCAL | THIS SHOW LOOKS GOOOOOD…..

Cali I swear you guys have the best shows. Well, Cali and NY. But that’s cool. I’ll bring Chicago up to speed if it kills me! The homies over at CDR have put together an ill show with a couple of Blind I favorites – Invincible, House Shoes, Gaslamp Killer, Samiyam, along with Danny Brown and KNXWLDGE, THIS Friday (that means tomorrow), February 2oth at Porter’s Pub in UC San Diego. It’s free and all ages, and starts at 8PM. If you go let us know how it is!
