Blu and Miss Jack DaVeY are currently on the road for their NewWorldCulture tour. The rapper just released the first single, “Everything’s OK” featuring the J*DaVeY songstress and produced by Flying Lotus. The beat kind of caught me off guard but after playing it a few times I’ve warmed up to it a lot. High energy, for sure. His upcoming album is titled No York, and will will include a heavy roster of producers: Flying Lotus, Madlib, Daedalus, Shafiq Husayn, Knxwledge, Bilal and others. Speaking of Ta’Raach, he was also a featured producer on Erykah Badu‘s latest album, for this song right here, “Gone Baby, Don’t Be Long”, which was recently released as a music video, directed by the one and only Flying Lotus. How we missed this 28 days ago is beyond me. Anydamnways… enjoy!
