Chip Tha Ripper is one of my favorite new rappers out. Cats like him, Big K.R.I.T., Dom Kennedy, all know how to use their vocal inflections perfectly over the beats that they choose, and we all win because of it. Chip decided to drop “From Me To You“, a prelude to the Gift Raps album that he and Cool Kids’ producer Chuck Inglish collaborated on, which should be nuts as well.
