ANTHONY VALADEZ – JOY

Growing up in L.A. I had the pleasure of listening to a station with the call letters known as KCRW. They were/are a talk radio & jazz during the day but as years went on they opened their platform from genres such as electronic to future soul. Anthony Valadez (ANT.VALA) is one of their tastemakers & delivers new sounds to the beautiful people of Los Angeles. He (also holds residencies @ Townhouse (Venice) on Thursdays, Zanzibar (Santa Monica) on Friday Nights and Little Temple (Silverlake) on Saturdays. & for some icing… he’s also a Blind I faithful (told you we are your favorite’s favorite -favorite) He recently just dropped a mix of some of HIS favorites.  All of em go (except for track#4… cuz I’m a bitter bias asshole like that) & is a must have for my fellow aficionado’s out there.
