SKYPE NOW AVAILABLE FOR IPHONE

skypephoneSkype has finally been released for the iPhone, so now you can jump on the jet and head overseas without having to deal with crazy roaming charges when you call your grandma. Skype for the Blackberry will be available in May, but until then this is what Gizmodo had to say about the iPhone service:

“In an iPhone to iPhone Wi-Fi call test, Phone A heard Phone B perfectly clear, but the person on Phone A sounded like a robot with enunciation problems from Phone B’s side. iPhone to Laptop worked perfectly fine, however.” (source)

Now all they need to do is make more video conferencing phones and I’ll be able to see the ladies when they call me. A man can dream, right?
